The Maciest Poker Tracker Available Today, Poker Copilot!
Poker CoPilot started development back in Spring 2008 by a lone software developer named Steve McLeod. Back then, the majority of online mac poker players were frustrated with the lack of any mac based software. So was Steve.. With what seemed to be started on a whim, and prodded on by friends and a 30 day software challenge, has morphed into one of the best mac poker trackers available today. Poker CoPilot is the first poker tracker to offer an on table HUD for the mac, and was designed with simple mac standards in mind. Clean interface, efficient, easy to set-up, use, and understand. Exactly the way a mac program is intended. He has been more than successful in this endeavor, making Poker CoPilot the maciest poker tracking software available. You will find above par customer service, with a solid designer systematically improving his software. These
improvements are heavily based on user requests/suggestions, and implemented in speedy fashion. With Poker Copilots Get Satisfaction area, users can vote on existing suggestions, or submit their own suggestions. The Get Satisfaction forum is also an effective and efficient place to troubleshoot and get answers to any issues that might arise. "I released the first version with a minimal set of features. The idea was, from this I can get user feedback about what features to add. This is better than me just throwing in any feature I can think of. The more a particular feature is requested, the higher it goes on my priority list."
To learn more about this software, and its development. You can checkout Poker Copilots blog(a must read). See Steve's thought processes as he blogs to other software designers about the trials and tribulations of developing this software. Along with other entertaining and thought provoking entries, this blog makes you feel like part of a Poker CoPilot family.

Dashboard:
The Dashboard is where you will find your stats neatly arranged and ready for you to probe your game and analyze your results. I really like the way Poker CoPilot utilizes both numerical and visual references when displaying the stats. Using the line graph next to the stat shows you the trend for that particular stat. Poker CoPilot's Dashboard effectively shows you what you need to see in a very efficient manner. Using the various filters, summaries, and charts, will allow you to narrow your focus as you look into the various parts of your game. The interface is clean, and very simple to use, making the new user comfortable in the beginning and a pro in no time. While easy to use and great for beginners, the dashboard also offers plenty of options, essential stats, and filters for the more advanced user looking to delve deep into their game.

HUD:
Poker CoPilot was the first mac tracker to offer an on table HUD. With the stats displayed right on the table, you can easily answer questions such as. Is my opponent a calling station? Ultra-tight? Overly-aggressive with the raises or re-raises? Am I the tightest or loosest player on the table? Plus a lot more depending which stats you use. The on table HUD places small windows of stats by the correlating player. These windows are completely customizable allowing you to tweak to your hearts content. Choose up to 9 different stats and the order in which you would like them displayed. Some stats to choose from are: % Aggression, %Flops Seen, Aggression Factor, Average take in Big Blinds, % Blind Steal Attempts, % Check Raised, % Three Bet, Times Played, plus many more, with new features and stats added frequently. Stats are color coded for reliability. When playing an opponent for the first time, stats are first displayed as light gray. As you gather more hands and info on your opponent. The stats gradually turn brighter, until white, as they become more "reliable." After about 50 hands
(or whatever you set via the Magic HUD Threshold) the stats switch from white to yellow. When you move or resize the table the HUD automatically repositions itself. You can also view the full statistical range on anyone by clicking on their stat window. Doing so presents a chart displaying all the stats collected on that certain player. If you are interested in getting any kind of tracking program, I would recommend checking out Poker Copilot. I eagerly look forward to seeing how this program develops over the near future and will do my best to record all the changes as they happen.
